The Ranchhouse and Dude Rooms (shown below) rate is $830 per night. It has a 42-person capacity, so we have plenty of room. Invite friends and other families - the more the merrier. Actual cost per family will be determined by how many families come to the reunion.

Much more detailed information regarding the costs involved in this reunion will be available on this page as the date grows closer, but for general planning purposes, I'm estimating $850 (hopefully that's high) per family for the entire week. This includes:
- One room (rooms sleep from 2 - 6 in beds, but you can pack in as many as you like). There's also room to pitch tents close to the buildings.
- Transportation to/from the Airport (1 trip each, Monday and Saturday).
- Welcome Dinner (Monday night)
- Beverage service (selection of water, softdrinks, & juices all day, all week)
- Breakfast every morning
- Good-bye Dinner (Friday night)
Costs will be divided on a per-room basis, click on a photo above or in the Reserved Rooms table to view the floorplans, then choose a room. When I get the deposit, that room is yours, and I'll update the table.

An initial Deposit of $100 per room is due by January 1, 2003
A final deposit of $400 per room will be due by May 1, 2003.
Remainder will be paid in Estes Park and will vary depending on the number of attendees - this amount will be calculated by May 15, 2003.
The number of families that commit by sending in the initial deposit will be used to calculate the full final costs. Please commit to the reunion as soon as you can. I will post the names of those who have committed as I receive the deposits.
All Deposits are fully refundable until May 15, 2001.
